Wonder how you can solve problems with misalignment?

Problems with misalignment and angles almost always occur with linear movement. Therefore, we offer a product that easily solves the problem already at the construction stage. It combines a guiding and a floating rail and can accommodate up to four millimetres in misalignment error.

When do problems with misalignment occur?

In the case of a linear movement, the rails are mounted parallel and level with each other. It is a construction that must be very precise since it involves tolerances down to hundredths of a millimetre. Parallelism problems thus arise when the mounting surfaces are not completely precise or rigid, and it can take a long time and cost a lot of money to get it right. In addition, they cause wear and tear, which can drastically reduce the service life.

A simple solution

By designing the linear guide with a suitable combination of guiding, angle-compensating or floating rails, you get an efficient solution. But fortunately, you don't have to create it from scratch. There are ready-made systems, such as Compact Rail, which are designed just for this purpose. It handles both parallelism errors and angle errors in constructions and reduces assembly time. With an ability to take up to four mm in deviation of parallelism, you avoid surface grinding and can save on costs.
