In Rollco's new CAD configurator, you can create your own timing belt conveyor with up to ten parallel belts. You get access to current and proven performance data immediately.
Synchronized systems with multiple parallel timing belts
The basic idea of a timing belt conveyor is to transport long goods such as mouldings, baseboards and bar stock material across the direction of travel. Fragile and long objects can sometimes require quite positioning of the units, as in the picture above. If the objects transported are round and risk falling off the belt, you may need a belt with cleats. A timing belt conveyor with many units also makes it possible to transport products of different sizes. This is suitable if, for example, you have material with different lengths.
Two-unit solutions work well for pallets or other fixed objects with a constant width, where access from below still is possible.
Quickly create complex systems in the CAD configurator
"Enable our customers to do as much as possible themselves, directly on our website, in a straightforward and seamless manner”. This was the guiding principle when Rollco developed its new CAD configurator for timing belt conveyors. With the configurator, the customers have the opportunity to design synchronized systems with up to ten parallel timing belts with matching stands. The CAD configurator provides a high level of complexity, quickly and offers a variety of options such as cleats, false teeth, inclined conveyors and more.
See the performance data directly in the configurator
The CAD configurator calculates the current performance for each configuration immediately. This gives the user a quick answer to the question "does or doesn´t it work?" The associated stands are also tested to withstand the loads specified by the performance.
