Maybe you have wondered what our Linear unit QME looks like in real life? We often receive requests from our customers to show more examples of finished solutions. Here we highlight three different versions of the Linear Unit QME, directly from our production in Helsingborg.
From design to delivery in Helsingborg
The Linear Unit QME is one of Rollco's proprietary products. It is manufactured locally in the company's workshop in Helsingborg. It is a compact linear unit consisting of a linear table with ball bearings on hardened shafts and a driving ball screw or leadscrew. It is available in three different sizes 12 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm, the size is determined by the shaft diameter, and can be built with a total length of up to 2000 mm.
A variety of options are available, such as bellows, handwheels and manual locking. For higher requirements on corrosion resistance or for applications with very low or high temperatures, special adaptations are often possible.
Linear unit QME with bellows, leadscrew and ball screw
Here we show three different variants that demonstrate how QME can be adapted to different applications:
QME20-350-582-B-SR1605 – with bellows
This ball screw-driven variant is equipped with bellows that protect against dust and dirt, making it ideal for use in harsh environments with high levels of contamination.
QME12-150-248-TR1203 – with leadscrew
The smallest variant of the QME, here with a leadscrew. A compact alternative which is perfect for applications with lower speeds and where precision requirements are not as high.
QME30-900-1122-SR3210 – with ball screw
With a powerful ball screw, this model is optimized for higher speeds and heavier loads, a solution that combines performance with durability.
