Rollco turned 25, and it was largely celebrated in Helsingborg with colleagues from both near and far. The week was filled with inspiring meetings, companionship and festivities, and we now forward to many more successful years together with our customers, suppliers and employees.
The Rollco family gathered for the 25th anniversary
For a week in September, Rollco's employees gathered in Helsingborg to celebrate the company's 25th anniversary. Co-workers from Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Taiwan participated, and it was especially nice to welcome Romani Components Srl from Italy, our newest member of the Rollco Group.
The week's program was packed with activities such as a customer event, a family day, sales meetings and of course a big anniversary party. The week began with the family day when our employees' family members were given an exclusive tour of our new modern premises. Coffee, buns and cookies were also served and it was a much appreciated afternoon - a perfect start to the celebration!
An inspiring day with our customers
Our Swedish sales organisation arranged an event where our customers had the chance to celebrate our anniversary with us, while also having the opportunity to see our new premises. Product Management and Technical Support presented their individual departments, and the customers were given a guided tour of our new production facilities. As the icing on the cake, a delicious lunch was served from restaurant SMAK's food truck.
A day for collaboration and plans for the future
Inspired by the successful customer day, the purchasing department also later arranged an event for the suppliers. It was a rewarding event with a good turnout and many productive conversations. Our suppliers had the chance to experience our production up close and see our new office spaces. At the end, a joint coffee ended the day, which was filled with many good discussions.
The anniversary party: Magic, music and togetherness🥳🍾🎉
The week ended in the best way possible with a big anniversary party in our new premises. A lovely barbecue buffet was served and the highlight of the evening was magician David Persson, who entertained with both jokes and impressive tricks. Later, DJ Tobbe P took over and filled the dance floor with happy employees - a night to remember!
We look back on this week with warmth and gratitude and look forward to many more successful years together. Strengthened by the realization of the power of personal meetings, both with customers and suppliers as well as with colleagues from other countries.
